Experience the Second Edition!

Experience the First Edition!

A new edition of the International Congress on Public Procurement is here.

More than 60 national and international experts from the academic, governmental, private, and multinational organization sectors have already participated, enriching us with an innovative perspective on the role of public procurement—not only as a tool for fulfilling the inherent functions of the State but also as a strategic instrument for development.

However, societies evolve, their needs and demands shift, new technologies emerge, and Public Procurement requires continuous evaluation in terms of professionalization, innovation, efficiency, and transparency.

This new edition of the Congress once again brings us together to reflect on opportunities for improvement that can lead to a positive impact on society.

With this goal in mind, we are driven by the desire to bring to the table a wide range of topics—from procedural to regulatory aspects, professionalization measures, and the adoption of new tools—all necessary approaches to bring greater dynamism and transparency to procurement processes.

Throughout the panel discussions, we aim to generate a meaningful exchange of experiences, standards, challenges, and goals that must be considered when thinking about how to optimize public procurement systems.

Each panel will address key aspects, from operational to strategic, through moderated dialogue among experts and specialists, aiming for conclusions that can offer concrete contributions to rethinking the best procurement system for each specific context.

We look forward to seeing you there!
