Tomás Agustín Rodríguez Esposito

Undersecretary of Legal and Technical Affairs, Municipality of Avellaneda

Tomás holds a Law degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the National University of Avellaneda. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law with Honors from Austral University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). His doctoral research focuses on national utility establishments within the Argentine federal system, examining the distribution of powers among different levels of government and the role of cooperative federalism.

He currently serves as Undersecretary of Legal and Technical Affairs of the Municipality of Avellaneda, having previously served as Director and Deputy Director of Legal Opinions within the same institution. In academia, he is a Teaching Assistant in Administrative Law at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law and an Associate Professor of Constitutional Law and Human Rights at the University Institute of Public Security of the City of Buenos Aires (IUSE). He has also taught at the National University of Avellaneda and participated in research projects on public law and Argentine federalism. He is the author of numerous publications on administrative law and constitutional jurisprudence and has presented papers at academic conferences on legal philosophy and administrative law.
