Domingo Sesín

Full Professor of Administrative Procedural Law and Co-Director of the Master’s Program in Administrative Law, National University of Córdoba

He is a lawyer and notary public, graduated from the National University of Córdoba. He holds a PhD in Law and Social Sciences and is a Full Member of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Córdoba, a Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires, and a member of the International Institute of Administrative Law. The Konex Foundation awarded him the Diploma of Merit for his work during the 2016–2025 decade in the category of “Administrative, Tax and Labor Law.”

He served as President of the Federal Forum of Provincial Electoral Bodies of the Argentine Republic; President of the Federal Board of Courts and Superior Courts of Justice of the Argentine Provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Ju.Fe.Jus.) from 2006 to 2008; and President of the Argentine Association of Administrative Law (AADA).

He began his judicial career in 1987 as a Judge of the Administrative Litigation Court of Appeals. In 1995, he was appointed Justice of the Superior Court of Justice of the Province of Córdoba, which he currently presides over.
