Bernardo Carvajal

Full Professor of Administrative Law, Universidad Externado de Colombia

Bernardo holds a Ph.D. in Public Law and a Master’s degree in Legal Theory from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, as well as a Diplôme Supérieur d’Université (DSU) in Constitutional Law from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University. He also holds a specialization in Financial Legislation from the University of Los Andes (Colombia) and a law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia.

He is a Full Professor of Administarative Law, Constitutional Law, and Philosophy of Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia, where he also serves as Director of the Department of Administrative Law. In professional practice, he is Managing Partner of BC&A and serves as an arbitrator for several chambers of commerce in Colombia. He has also served as an Associate Justice (Conjuez) of the Council of State of Colombia.
