Fabrizio Figorilli

Full Professor of Administrative Law, Università degli Studi di Perugia

Fabrizio has been Full Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the Università degli Studi di Perugia since 2002, where he teaches Administrative Law and European Administrative Law.

He serves as Director of the Inter-University Center for the Environment (C.I.P.L.A.), where he promotes research and academic cooperation in environmental law and environmental policy.

His academic and research work focuses on administrative procedure, administrative justice, environmental law, health law, and public procurement, with particular emphasis on local public services. He is the author of numerous scholarly articles and essays, as well as the monographs Adversarial Proceedings in Administrative Procedures and The Ordinary Judge’s Full Jurisdiction.
