Percy Orlando Mogollón Pacherre

Professor, Faculty of Law, Universidad Católica Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo, Chiclayo, Perú

He is a lawyer graduated from the University of Piura, with a specialization in Tax Law from the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) and Universidad Católica Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT). He holds a Master’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and is a graduate of the 40th SUNAT Tax Administration Program (CAT).

He has extensive experience in the public sector, having served as an official at Peru’s National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT), where he worked as a Tax Resolution and Advisory Officer and held the positions of Regional Office Coordinator for SUNAT Tumbes and Coactive Enforcement Officer at the Piura Regional Office. He also served as Head of the Revenue Collection Office of the Regional Government of Piura.

In academia, he teaches Tax Law at several universities, including the University of Piura and USAT. He coordinates the Tax Law module of the Master’s Program in Private Law at the University of Piura and is a professor in the Master’s Program in Law and Business at the USAT Graduate School. In addition, he advises private-sector companies on tax matters.
