María Victoria Anadon

Executive Director of the Provincial Procurement Agency (OPC) of the Province of Buenos Aires

She is a lawyer specializing in administrative law and public procurement. She is the first Executive Director of the Provincial Procurement Agency (OPC) of the Province of Buenos Aires.

She previously served as Undersecretary for Administrative Coordination at Argentina’s Ministry of Health, Undersecretary for Technical, Administrative and Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires, and, from 2011 to 2015, as National Director of the State Attorneys Training School (ECAE) of the Office of the Treasury Attorney General.

She teaches at the National University of La Plata (UNLP) and the National University of Avellaneda (UNDAV), and is also a faculty member at the National University of José C. Paz (UNPAZ).

She is co-author, together with Fernando Pagliuca, of Manual de Contratación Pública (Public Procurement Manual, CICCUS, 2025).
