Claudia Beatriz Deni

Claudia Deni holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master’s degree in Administrative Law from Universidad Austral, and a specialization in Administrative Contracts from the School of Government Attorneys (ECAE) of the Office of the Treasury Attorney General of Argentina. She also holds postgraduate diplomas in Procedural Issues in Environmental Litigation from the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES), the Legal Framework of Public-Private Partnership Contracts and International Cooperation, and Public Administration 4.0: Towards an Intelligent Public Administration from the Office of the Attorney General of the City of Buenos Aires.
She is currently a member of the Public Procurement Observatory at Universidad Austral, where she coordinates the Innovation in Public Procurement section.
In the academic field, she teaches at both public and private universities, as well as at the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) and the National Procurement Office (ONC) of the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of Argentina
