Christopher Yukins

Research Professor of Government Procurement Law, George Washington University, United States

Prof. Yukins is a Professor of Law at George Washington University, where he teaches Government Procurement Law. His courses cover public contract formation and administration, bid protests and contract litigation, state and local procurement, anti-corruption measures, international public procurement, procurement system reform, and international and comparative procurement law.

Throughout his distinguished career, Prof.Yukins has addressed a broad range of issues in public procurement. He has testified before the United States Congress and the European Parliament on procurement reform and trade, delivered lectures and courses at leading European universities, contributed to the United Nations publication on anti-corruption in public procurement, and participated in the revision of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement.

He also serves as an advisor to the Public Contract Law Journal, is a member of the editorial board of the European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law Review, and serves on the advisory board of The Government Contractor.

In private practice, Prof. Yukins was a partner at a leading law firm and currently serves as Counsel at Arnold & Porter.
