Alberto Biglieri
Director of the Institute of Administrative Law, Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital
Alberto holds a law degree from the National University of Lomas de Zamora (UNLZ), a Master’s Degree in Administration, Law and Economics of Public Services from the University of Salvador and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
He is Full Professor of Administrative Law at the National University of Lomas de Zamora and Regular Professor of Administrative Law and Integration Law at the University of Buenos Aires. He also teaches postgraduate courses at the University of Buenos Aires, the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, the National University of Lomas de Zamora, the Catholic University of La Plata, and the National University of Mar del Plata. In addition, he has served as a visiting professor in postgraduate programs at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), Università Unitelma Sapienza (Italy), and Universidade São Judas Tadeu in São Paulo (Brazil).
In the professional and institutional sphere, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and as Director of its Institute of Administrative Law from 2022 to 2024. He is also Director of the Institute of Community and Integration Law of the Lomas de Zamora Bar Association and Director of the Graduate Diploma Program in Electronic Public Procurement at the Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz National University. From 2019 to 2023, he served as a member of the Council of Magistrates of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
He is the author and co-author of several books and numerous scholarly articles published in Argentina and abroad.
