Roberto Reta
He is a lawyer and a professor in the Chairs of Contract Law and Tort Law at the Faculties of Law of the University of Mendoza and the National University of Cuyo. He also teaches in the Corporate Ethics Diploma Program at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Mendoza, and previously served as Director of the Public Procurement Diploma Program at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National University of Cuyo.
He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Tort Law from the University of the Litoral and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Sustainability from the University of Salamanca. He is a member of the panel of speakers at the Annual Meeting of the Inter-American Network on Government Procurement and serves as a lecturer at the School of Government of the Organization of American States (OAS).
He has worked as legal advisor to both the Provincial and Municipal governments on public procurement matters, served as President of the Federal Network on Government Procurement in 2022 and 2023, and has been Director of the General Directorate of Public Procurement of the Province since 2015.
