Paola Laurenzano
She graduated from the prestigious Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and holds diplomas in Public Procurement from the National University of San Martín and in Advanced Constitutional Law from Austral University. She is also a Specialist in Project Management from UCEMA and is currently pursuing an LLM degree with a concentration in Constitutional Law at Austral University.
She has professional experience in the national public sector as a Procurement Specialist, participating in the reform and modernization process of the procurement function.
In her current institutional role, she is a member of the UNDP Regional Procurement Committee based in Panama and has undertaken several support missions as a Procurement, Operations, and Programme Specialist at UNDP Headquarters in New York and in the Dominican Republic.
She has taught at INAP and in postgraduate programmes at the University of San Martín on the National Procurement Regime and E-Procurement, as well as on Sustainable Procurement at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).
