Viviana Mora Higueras

Head of the User Management Department, Public Procurement and Contracting Directorate, ChileCompra.

She holds a degree in Public Administration from the Central University of Chile and a Diploma in Corporate Compliance from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. She has served as a lecturer on probity, integrity, and risk management in public procurement.

With over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she currently leads ChileCompra’s new strategy for user engagement and outreach, as well as advisory, training, and support initiatives aimed at strengthening the participation of buyers and suppliers in Chile’s public procurement system.
