Natalia Tanno

Judge of First Instance in Administrative and Tax Litigation for the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

She holds a law degree with a specialization in Public Administrative Law from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where she graduated with honors. She also earned a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Public Administration from UBA, with a thesis titled “Digital Public Procurement.” In addition, she has completed more than 20 national and international certifications.

She is a professor at various universities and academic institutions. At the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), she teaches undergraduate courses such as Elements of Administrative Law and Technology and Public Procurement. At the graduate level, she teaches in the Master’s program in Administrative Law and Public Administration at UBA, specifically the course Current Trends in Public Procurement, and in the Specialization in State Contracts at Universidad Austral, where she teaches Technology Applied to Public Procurement Management, among others.

She has an extensive academic and professional background in the field of public procurement.

She has participated in numerous conferences and seminars as a speaker, both in Argentina and internationally.

Her work includes several publications, with a focus on public procurement.
