Martin Petracca Bouza 

Principal Internal Auditor and regular adjunct professor of administrative law at the National University of La Matanza (UNLaM). For ten years, he has served as an auditor in various public bodies, leading audit projects in management, procurement and contracting, acquisitions, and public works.

He was a postgraduate lecturer at the School of the Body of State Lawyers (ECAE). He is a lawyer, holds a master’s degree in administrative law from Universidad Austral, and is currently pursuing a PhD in legal sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina. He completed the Leadership and Political Analysis Program at the CIAS University Institute. Fulbright grantee for the program “Study of the United States Institutions.” He has authored several academic articles and has actively participated as a speaker in conferences on his area of expertise.
