Martín Cormick

 Judge in Administrative Litigation, City of Buenos Aires

He holds a Law degree and a Master in Administrative Law from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Throughout his career, he has co-authored books and published numerous articles focused on Administrative Contracts, Public Services, and other key topics in Administrative Law.

He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses at institutions such as the National University of Avellaneda and the National University of José C. Paz, among others.

He currently serves as a Federal First Instance Judge in Administrative Litigation. Previously, he served as a First Instance Public Defender before the Administrative and Tax Litigation Court of the City of Buenos Aires, and as Inspector General of Justice of the Nation.
