Luis Ortiz Zamora

He is a Partner at BLP Legal, where he leads the practices in Public Law, Government Procurement and Economic Regulation, as well as Energy, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications. He also stands out in litigation and arbitration. He is a professor at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, and teaches in the Regulation and Competition Courses at the University of Valladolid. He is the author of several books and articles published in specialized legal journals. He is a member of the Ibero-American Forum on Administrative Law (FIDA), the International Institute of Administrative Law (IIDA), and former president of the Ibero-American Association of Regulation (ASIER), among others.
