Francisco Rodríguez

Senior Procurement Specialist for the Latin America Region at the World Bank, he serves as the Procurement Coordinator for Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay within the institution. He has 23 years of experience in government procurement, particularly in the acquisition of civil works, goods, consulting services, and community-executed projects. Since 2007, Francisco has worked with Latin American countries on public procurement modernization initiatives. A Colombian national, he holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in International Relations from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
