Facundo Marin
He is a lawyer graduated from the Catholic University of Salta, where he also completed his specialization in Criminal Sciences. In addition, he has undertaken various studies and postgraduate courses, including Human Rights, organized by the Bar Association and the University of Salta; Administrative Contracts, taught by the State Attorneys’ School; and Criminal Law, taught by the University of Belgrano.
He has experience in the field of Administrative Law, having completed an advanced course on Administrative Law and another on municipal training in public procurement, organized by the Ministry of Economy and Public Services. He has also participated as a speaker at the “First National Conference on Administrative Law,” in the course “New Procurement Law,” and in “Legal and Technical Aspects of the Electronic Procurement System of the Province of Salta.”
He is the author of the book Nueva Ley de Contrataciones de la Provincia de Salta Comentada, Ley N°8072 y Decreto N°1319/18 y sus modificaciones.
He was a member of the drafting committee for the reform project of the province’s procurement system and served as President of the Federal Network of Government Public Procurement for two terms.
He has served as a tenured professor at the University of Public Administration in the course “Introduction to Public Procurement,” and has held various positions in the public sector, including paid advisor to the Procurement Department of the Ministry of Education, paid advisor to the Executive Power’s Procurement Coordination, and General Director of Procurement at the Secretariat for Procurement Procedures of the Province of Salta, among others.
