Christopher Yukins

Professor of Government Procurement Law at The George Washington University Law School, where he teaches courses on public procurement formation and management, bid protests and contract litigation, state and local procurement, anti-corruption in procurement, international and comparative public procurement, and procurement reform.
Throughout his distinguished career, Professor Yukins has engaged deeply with a wide range of topics in public procurement law. He has testified on procurement reform and international trade before the U.S. Congress and the European Parliament, delivered lectures and courses at several European universities, contributed to the United Nations’ handbook on anti-corruption in public procurement, and participated in the reform of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement.
He serves as an advisor to the Public Contract Law Journal, is a member of the editorial board of the European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law Review, and sits on the advisory board of The Government Contractor.
In addition to his academic work, Professor Yukins previously served as a partner at a leading law firm and currently works as counsel at Arnold & Porter.
