Alberto Biglieri

He is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Lomas de Zamora (UNLZ). He holds a Master’s degree in Administration, Law and Economics of Public Services (USAL / Universidad Carlos III de Madrid), and an MBA from the University of Baltimore (USA).

He currently serves as Full Professor of Administrative Law at UNLZ and is a tenured professor of both Administrative Law and Law of Integration at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He also teaches in postgraduate programs at UBA, UCA, UNLZ, UCALP, UNSO, and UNMDP.

With an extensive career in the institutional field, he is the Deputy Secretary of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF), where he also heads the Administrative Law Institute. In addition, he is Director of the Institute of Community and Integration Law at the Lomas de Zamora Bar Association (CALZ).

He is the author and co-author of several books and articles on administrative law, published both in Argentina and abroad. In 2024, he co-authored with Tomás Hutchinson the expanded and updated edition of the classic “Administrative Procedure of the City of Buenos Aires”, a work that was declared of interest by the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires.
